Level 1 Acro

Tumbling classes combine strength, conditioning and tumbling techniques used in Cheer and Dance. The aim of this class is to accelerate your core strength and tumbling skills in order to be a well rounded dancer/cheerleader.

This class will focus on the basic progressions such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, roundoff snd bridges.
